To provide our patients the highest level of personalized care, Haven Center has elected not to participate in commercial health insurance plans. This allows us to offer longer appointments, shorter wait times, and more thorough care, with clear and up-front pricing.
Although we do not bill insurance, we offer both Fee For Service and Monthly Membership payment options. We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and have partnered with CareCredit healthcare financing to offer a convenient, flexible way to pay over time. Our fees are designed to be as straightforward as possible, so patients are never surprised with a medical bill from our office.
OUR SERVICES
Patient Visits
New Patient Visit – 90 Minutes
$750
The ninety-minute, in-person visit is our most comprehensive appointment and is appropriate for all patients who are traveling from out-of-town. New, local patients who would like additional time to discuss complex concerns should also consider our ninety-minute visit.
New Patient Visit – 60 Minutes
$500
This is a one-hour, in-person visit that includes a comprehensive evaluation and an exam, if necessary. This appointment is intended for local patients who are new to Haven Center.
Follow-up Visit – 30 Minutes
$300
This visit is for established Haven Center patients only. Appointments may be in-person or virtual.
Virtual Consultation
$250
Our Virtual Consultation is thirty-minute e-health visit, during which Dr. Babb can provide education and information. This is a great option for out-of-state patients looking to gain more insight into their conditions or to “meet” Dr. Babb before deciding to travel to Oklahoma to continue care in person. Please note that due to telemedicine laws, we cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication during these visits. This visit type is not appropriate for existing patients of Haven Center, and e-health consultations are limited to one per patient.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Nitrous Oxide Sedation

A breathable gas used as a safe and effective sedative that helps patients feel more comfortable and experience less pain during medical procedures.
Laboratory Testing
For patients’ convenience, we offer in-office lab draws at a significantly discounted rate. These can often be completed at the time of your appointment.
Trigger Point Injections
Trigger Point injections at Haven Center offer immediate relief for muscle pain in the pelvic floor or genitalia.

We offer both semaglutide and tirzepatide injections to support metabolic function and address hormonal weight gain.

Biopsies, colposcopies, and other minor procedures are performed in our office as painlessly as possible using local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation.
